This all began with a simple idea fueled by my drive to provide for my daughter as a single mother. Growing up I always loved an office setting - running numbers, organizing paperwork back when filing cabinets were cool, and 'teaching' math to my little brother. 

As a small business owner, I pride myself on personal attention and dedication to every detail - no matter how big or small. My approach is rooted in both quality and integrity, ensuring that everything I do in my work reflects my commitment to excellence.

Fees/Cost: 

 - One time set up fee will apply for each new customer, after the initial set up fee, we will discuss over Zoom continued payment plans/options personalized for your payroll & HR needs. 

         - $200 initial set up fee

         - $75 weekly to run simple payroll for 5 or less. 

         (any additional needs can be discussed over a phone call or meeting to solidify what I will be doing and the pricing)

- Gusto Payroll (set up new employees and dismissals, running weekly payroll)

- Quick Books Online (A/R & A/P) - sending invoices and depositing funds, while also helping manage accounts

- Bill.com (set up new employees/subs, create invoices, send invoices, and pay out invoices)

-Acculynx (working with Acculynx and QBO online to make sure all payments are job costed correctly)

- Jobnimbus (working with JobNimbus and QBO online to make sure all payments are job costed correctly)
